The compound sits in a isolated plot of land within a five minute walk of bars and restaurants and the Minnewaska State Park. It consists of eight buildings. A large barn houses studios, a wood shop, a gallery space. The second building is a large covered work space with light and electricity. The third space is our gem, a full metal shop with C&C machines, welding tools, a laser engraver, metal saws, and all kinds of equipment and tools. This building also houses our EXOvault shop. Please inquire for opportunities to do a work exchange. The fourth building is an old barn that was a loading station when the railroad ran through. We plan on some day making this into a distillery. The fifth is another barn that we are still figuring out what to do with. The sixth is a wood shop/set building facility for a local Shadowland theater company (It's right here in town, a five minute walk away from the compound). The compound is at the edge of town, it feels remote and totally isolated because of it's size and the trees around it but it has restaurants and bars and even a theater right next to it. Finally, there is a stage, a three sided building the we would love to utilize for performances.
