The compound sits in an isolated plot of land within a five-minute walk of bars and restaurants and the Minnewaska State Park. It consists of eight buildings. A large barn houses studios, a wood shop, a gallery space. The second building is a large covered workspace with light and electricity. The third space is our gem, a full metal shop with CNC machines, welding tools, a laser engraver, metal saws, and all kinds of equipment and tools. This building also houses our EXOvault shop. Please inquire for opportunities to do a work exchange. The fourth building is an old barn that was a loading station when the railroad ran through. We plan on someday making this into a distillery. The fifth is another barn that we are still figuring out what to do with. The compound is at the edge of town, it feels remote and totally isolated because of its size and the trees around it but it has restaurants and bars and even a theater right next to it. Finally, there is a stage, a three-sided building we would love to utilize for performances.
